ENRICH Stipend Program

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Service's ENRICH Stipend Program aims to provide essential financial stability to foster youth during a critical and pivotal time in their lives. Assistance provided by this program is intended for extracurricular and enrichment activities that are designed to enhance the foster child or non-minor dependent’s skills, abilities, self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being and healing. Participants who are eligible for the program will receive a stipend of $500 per month, or $1,500 per quarter, depending on the cohort they are assigned to.
